House # 1 - Casa Libelula (Dragon Fly)

Casa Libelula is a beautiful rustic style home with amazing ocean views. This luxury home features five spacious bedrooms with air-conditioning and private bathrooms, and can accommodate up to sixteen people comfortably. Libelula is a newly constructed estate, perfectly located in one of the most beautiful areas of Playa Guiones. The kitchen area is fully equipped and furnished. The house has a swimming pool, satellite TV, and is just a seven minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Nosara.
Amenities: air conditioning, washer and dryer, all linens provided, secure parking, DVD/CD player, satellite TV, telephone, Maid/Gardener/Nanny available, fully stocked kitchen and private pool.

House # 2 - Casa De Olas # 1

Casa de Olas #1 has 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, luxurious pillow-top beds, Satellite TV, A/C, beautiful exotic woods through out, and an inviting pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. And the 2 other bedrooms have a queen beds, futons, mini fridges and private bathrooms. The state-of-the -art kitchen has ample room for large parties and the dining table seats 8. The living room with its satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo, opens to the large wrap-around porch and pool. It is just 200 meters from the beach. It includes M-W-F maid services, 24 hr. on-site security, & a gardener.

House # 3 - Casa De Olas # 2

Casa de Olas #2 has 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, decorated with the same attention to detail and comfort as Casa #1. This home is a bit smaller than Casa de Olas #1. The loft has a king size bed and private bath. And as in Casa #1, the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds, futons, mini fridges and private baths. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. And the living room opens to a view of the beautiful gardens and Jacuzzi. It is just 200 meters from the beach. It includes M-W-F maid services, 24 hr. on-site security, & a gardener.

House # 4 - Casa Gecko

Three bedroom home in Nosara. The house was built in 2004 and is situated in lush jungle setting, but is only 2 min walk to a 5 km long beach. Beautifully appointed with mahogany, teak, handpicked tiles and ceramics, local paintings. Sleeps eight. Master bedroom has separate door to the patio and pool, and an attached bathroom. Second master and bunk room share one bathroom. Perfect for two families. Pool, barbeque area with bar, and shaded "casita" with hammock... perfect for afternoon siestas!

House # 5 - Casa Del Sol

Casa Del Sol is a, stand alone, two bedroom home located on the street just behind Villa Tortuga and The Frog Pad. It has two bathrooms as well as a nice pool and very large and comfortable outdoor patio. Great for the small family (or two couples) that want to be just a touch further away from the others, without sacrificing the attention of our knowledgeable staff.

House # 6 - The Tree House

The Tree House is located on the same property as Villa Tortuga, but is a luxury three bedroom home, available only part of the year. This home, which has been featured in Costa Rican architecture & home design magazines, is swimming in Indonesian-style beauty. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor with two of the three bathrooms. Upstairs is the gourmet kitchen, lounge, HDTV living area, and the outdoor dining veranda. Great for families that want a touch of luxury during their Costa Rican vacation.

House # 7 - Del Mar, De La Luna, Del Sol
Tortuga Suites are comprised of four different apartment style rooms. They are great for groups who want separate accommodations. Del Mar is the two bedroom lower unit with a large living area and garden view.

House # 8 - Casa Pelicano
Casa Pelicano is the upper unit of the main house and has a spacious veranda with jungle views. This is the owner's unit but is available for rental throughout most of the year. The two master bedrooms both have workspaces giving the renter the ability to complete leisure and work activities.

Casa Tortuga is the lower unit of the main house and has immediate access to the swimming pool. It's the most spacious unit and will accommodate the most guests. With two beds in each bedroom, Casa Tortuga is ideal for multiple families.

House # 10 - Villa Belitza
Large newer beach-side Villa with large sparkling pool in tropical surrounding.  Beautiful landscaped grounds with natural jungle around. You can hear the surf, watch monkeys and birds right from the large covered patio. Only short walk to the beach, many restaurants and shops. Close to Yoga at the Harmony Hotel and International Yoga Institute. 

Ideal for large families, groups or friends - 4 Bedrooms; 4.25 Baths (Sleeps 10-12), or rent one of the condos for 2-4 people. The house is has 3 units with separate front entrances and patio doors:

1. The 2-story "Master Suite" with 2 bedrooms/2 baths for 6 people .
2. The 2-story "Junior Suite" with 1 bedroom/1-1/2 bath and Queen foldout couch in living room for up to 4 people
3. The large "Studio Suite" with kitchenette and 1 bathroom for 2 people.

House # 12 - Casa Vidrio
Casa Vidrio is one of the most unique homes to be designed in the area in some time. This two bedroom, two bath home, complete with loft, vaulted ceilings and glass wall features, is perfect for someone looking to enjoy nature, as well as the privacy and close proximity to the beach that the exclusive K section provides.

The large living area and deck sit elevated over the jungle in this private area. This home breaks the traditional mold of cookie cutter homes seen in surrounding areas. In fact, this home is fully finished and has just been photographed for Su Casa magazine, a Costa Rica architectural digest.

Vidrio is located a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Guiones & really close to the yoga institute.

Casa Serenity is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 10 people comfortably and super close to the main surf break at Guiones. All Surfing Nosara clients at Casa Serenity have access to the pool at Casa Tucan nearby. This house has wrap around porches, hammocks, full kitchen & is beckoning you to come down for a surf trip!

With only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the surf, restaurants, pool and shops nearby... What else could you ask for?

House # 14 - Darrin's Casita
Darrin's Casita is a great surf pad at an inexpensive price walking distance to the main surf break at Guiones & pretty much close to everything. One of the few central locations you don't need a rental car. This can be one unit that sleeps 6 comfortably or if you're on a budget just choose one side that sleeps 3. Not only are you close to the surf at Guoines but restaurants, shops, nature trail, super market, basketball court & the pool & new mini golf course are right here.

Here is what a typical vacation day from Darrin's Duplex might look like:
You wake up & grab some coffee & pastries from the bakery next door. Walk down to the surf break (8 minutes to the best sandbars) & surf for a couple of hours. Walk back & either cook some breakfast or visit one of the many restaurants a couple steps away. Go for a swim in the pool & relax for while... Then at lunchtime hit up another great restaurant or just eat in... Play some basketball, some mini golf, or hit up the fruit truck or mini super with goodies to snack & munch on. Then come into the Surfing Nosara office to check out all of the footage of your waves from that morning. Then relax for a little while, check some emails on the internet & get ready for the evening session. Then walk down to the beach again for the afternoon session followed by a beautiful sunset here in paradise.

Surf, Eat, Sleep, Repeat - Sound good?

House # 15 - Casa Medio
This is a great surf pad at an excellent price! Brand new construction home with access to a very large pool with gazebo, oversized covered front patio so you're in the shade, full kitchen amenities, air conditioning, lots of storage space for clothes and personal items... Terrific option for those on a budget who still want a clean, nice place.

House # 16 - Casa Colibri
This large 3 bedroom home on a large lot is literally right across the street from the best surf break in Guiones! To make matters better, it is situated so you can walk to both north beach Guiones and main beach Guiones within a couple moments. To improve even more, Colibri has brand new pool being installed ready for use as of November 2011! You will be very hard pressed to find a better setup anywhere in Guiones... There are some houses that photo better but none that deliver this location, functionality for a family or group & a brand new pool literally as close as you can get to the beach legally.

This house comfortably sleeps 7 people with room for more if needed. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so each bedroom can have it's own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second master bedroom has a double and a single bed, with the 3rd bedroom having 2 singles you can push together for a king or keep separate. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a deck between the master and 2nd master suite overlooking the canopy and small ocean view during the dry season.

There are a couple of bikes at the house you can use since you do not need a rental car from this location. There is a boogeyboard you are welcome to use as well. Washer & dryer is on site to wash clothes as well as outside shower, hammock, large deck, huge garden, and super quick walk to the surf at Guiones. Renters at this house have pool access at Casa Tucan a very short stroll away..

House # 17 - Casa Concha
asa Concha is a 3 Bedroom + Studio featuring a private salt water pool, wireless internet, phone, air conditioning, and is steps to the surf at Playa Guiones. This is terrific spot for families, groups or couples. Each of the living quarters are on the second floor, making for a cooler environment with more breezes and better view of the surrounding landscape and pool. There is a studio downstairs that is separate from the main living area but still attached & can be rented in addition to or separate from main house.

The terrace is the favorite hang out area for people with the beautiful furniture, ability to see the ocean through the nature preserve or a quick surf check for the wind conditions. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you could need on your vacation for the chefs in the group. Connecting the kitchen & living room is a beautiful hardwood bar.

Location is everything, and this house certainly has it. For those of you familiar with Guiones, Casa Concha is 450 meters south of Harbor Reef & exactly 132 yard walk to the beach. You can turn left to head towards shell hunting & the more relaxed side of Guiones or go straight out front or to the north a couple steps for the main surf breaks.

House # 18 - Madera Mar
Located only 300 steps to the surf in Guiones, this new Spanish style home has a waterfall, tropical landscaping, open floor plan, comfortable high end furnishings and plenty of space for your group. Enjoy a relaxing siesta after surfing on the front porch with rocking chairs & hammocks, or by the pool with a waterfall & have a BBQ. Internet IS AVAILABLE for $20 per week.

If you are planning your vacation to Nosara, then you know that right at the beach in Playa Guiones is where you want to be. House # 20 - Agua Dulce Luxury Suites
Located in the heart of Guiones right next to the main surf break, restaurants, shops but still tucked away on a dead-end street inside of lush gardens for privacy. These suites aren't your traditional 'condo tower' you see in the US or Europe. These are 2 buildings with 2 suites in each. Two of the suites are 2 Bedrooms while the remaining two are 1 Bedrooms. These units are spacious and have a private porch facing the pool with waterfall. You can wake up in the morning to see birds, monkeys, pizotes, and all kinds of flora out your window.

Whether you an individual or group, Agua Dulce has a setup for you. Utilize one of the large 1 bedroom suites for a couple, or take advantage of multiple units for a large group. This is one of the best in Guiones.
