You'll be staying in the warm and tropical, rustic luxury of the Casa Tucan Hotel. All rooms at the Casa Tucan are private with private bath, A/C, hot water, ceiling fan, refrigerator, wet bar, and alarm clock radio. The larger rooms (Sunset Suite) also have a microwave, couch, table and chairs for relaxing while reading a book. There is a sparkling pool located in the center of the property for easy access to a cool dip. Maid service along with clean sheets and towels provided daily. The Casa Tucan has a full restaurant and bar on the property. The food at the restaurant is some of the best in Nosara and on Thursday and Saturday evenings there is live music for guests to enjoy.

The Casa Tucan is a leisurely 3 minute walk to Playa Guiones beach. The surf at Playa Guiones is perfect for beginning and intermediate surfers due to an all sand bottom with a gradual bottom contour decent. This provides a softer and more forgiving wave. The beach is about a 3 mile long crescent moon shaped bay and is a beautiful walk for exercise or shell hunting. There are a variety of other activities that Safari Surf School can help arrange for you including horseback riding Horseback riding, yoga classes, waterfall excursions, ATV rentals, world-class deep sea fishing, whitewater rafting and tours to the famed Arenal Volcano, Monteverde Rainforest and Ostional Sea Turtle nesting sanctuary.

You can even rent a small, manned "ponga" boat to take you to the outer reef for surfing, dolphin and sea turtle watching or fishing. You'll run out of time before you run out of things to do here at Safari Surf School.
